As a matter of principle, we aim to dispatch all orders within one business day.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information for your parcel via e-mail. This also you to follow the progress of your BYNACHT® order at any time and from anywhere.

 

Shipping costs

As a special service, we deliver orders to our customers within Germany at no extra charge.
Below you can find the international shipping costs per country/region:

As of an order value of €250, we deliver at no extra charge on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

USA: as of an order of $800, we deliver at no extra charge on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means that the recipient may have to cover any customs duties due on top of the purchase price of the goods and bear the local VAT. We are not in a position to suggest or confirm any binding amounts in this respect. Please contact your local customs office directly for more detailed information.

We ship outside the EU exclusively on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
