Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to be one hundred percent satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you can return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt (provided the products have not been opened and/or used and are in their original packaging).

We cannot accept returns for any items:

- whose seal has been broken/opened

- which have been used

- whose labels have been altered, overwritten or pasted over

- that have been refilled by the customer

- that have holes/tears

- that are not returned in full (for example, from a set with several items)

- that are part of a promotion for which a certain purchase value had to be reached

 

In the cases described above, the returned items will be sent back to the customer.

In addition, the items must have been purchased directly from the bynacht.com website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items purchased through other retail outlets.

To make it easier for us to process your return, please provide us with your order number, name, e-mail address and telephone number. Please also state the reason for returning the item(s).

Please note that refunds of card payments may take up to 10 working days depending on the bank's processing time. This period may vary depending on the bank or card issuer.

 

Damaged or defective items

a) Have you received a damaged item?

Please send us a picture of the damaged item to order@bynacht.com.

Once we have received the proof, we will process your request as quickly as possible so that we can either refund the item or send you a new, undamaged item.

b) Have you received a faulty item?

Goods are considered defective if the customer receives them already damaged or if a defect is discovered within 14 days of purchase that is attributable to the manufacturing process. However, items are not considered defective if the condition was caused by expected wear and tear during use. In this case, we do not accept any responsibility.

Skin reactions

In the event of a skin reaction to one of our products, we recommend that you stop using the item immediately. In such a case, please contact us directly at: order@bynacht.com

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BYNACHT GmbH, Hallerstraße 70, 20146 Hamburg, order@bynacht.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
